Project Details
This basement renovation was built from the framing stage forward, with careful planning to accommodate mechanical systems while maintaining clean ceiling heights. Structural framing and bulkheads were designed around ductwork and plumbing to create an efficient, open layout.
Spray foam insulation was used to improve energy efficiency and comfort, followed by professional drywall finishing and lighting installation. The completed basement now functions as a modern, comfortable living space for the homeowner.
Completion Notes
The project required precise coordination between framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The result is a clean, code-compliant finished basement that adds usable square footage and long-term value to the home.
